How do I buy credits and what payment methods do you accept? Credits cost £1 each and go straight into your app wallet. You can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your standard debit card details.
Can I withdraw my promotional credits? No. Promotional credits have a value of £0 and are awarded for loyalty, referrals, or specific match prizes (like winning 3 free credits). They can only be used to enter games and expire after 30 days.
How does the app choose between my paid and promotional credits? The system always spends your real-money deposit credits first. Promotional credits are only used when your real-money balance reaches zero. If an entry uses a mix of both, 100% of your winnings are still paid out in real cash.
What happens if I don't use my account for a long time? If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, we will try to refund your money to your last payment method. If that fails, we send a 30-day notice. After that, a £3 monthly maintenance fee is deducted until your balance hits £0.
Withdrawals – With any withdrawal request, we need to review it, approve it and then confirm details with your banking provider, this can take a bit of time. Sometimes our risk team might also need to carry out a review, so this process could take a little longer. Withdrawals will be made by bank transfer which can take up to 3 banking days.
